Privacy policy
This policy explains how SpendWindow handles account, product-usage, public-record, and business-contact information.
Information we use
We process account details you provide, product settings, pipeline activity, and technical records needed to secure and operate the service. We also organize public government records and business contact routes supported by public company sources.
Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate users, match commercial opportunities, verify evidence, operate customer workflows, prevent abuse, improve relevance, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal dossiers. We share limited information with infrastructure, authentication, research, and delivery providers only as needed to run the service. Each customer remains responsible for lawful use of exported or contacted business information.
Retention and security
We retain operational data for as long as it supports an active account, evidence trail, security requirement, or legal obligation. Access is restricted by tenant ownership and privileged administrative roles.
Sample reports, referrals, and email choices
Sample reports are unlisted, expiring pages. Anyone who has the link can view the approved company name and public-record snapshot. Private contact records and pipeline notes are excluded. We record the sample or partner link used for a report signup, your verified account email, selected trade and territory, and a dated consent history. Referral attribution is not proof of a sale and is not shared with partners on this site.
Creating an account or viewing a sample does not subscribe you. The weekly report requires a separate request. You can withdraw at any time on the weekly report preferences page. Your permission covers that report only, not unrelated sales sequences. Email delivery is not yet activated.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or suppression where applicable. Manage your report request at Weekly report preferences. Recipients of a commercial message can use its unsubscribe route or reply directly with a privacy or suppression request.
Contact
For privacy questions, reply to a SpendWindow message you received. Signed-in customers may also use the support relationship established during onboarding.
