Terms of service
These terms govern access to the SpendWindow commercial opportunity intelligence service.
Service
SpendWindow organizes public records, business information, and customer feedback into ranked commercial opportunities. The service provides research and workflow support; it does not guarantee that a project, buyer, contract value, or sale will materialize.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must protect your credentials and provide accurate account information. You may not use the service for unlawful surveillance, harassment, discrimination, deceptive messaging, bulk spam, or attempts to bypass access controls.
Evidence and outreach
Public records can be incomplete or change after collection. Users must review source evidence before relying on an opportunity and remain responsible for their outreach, consent obligations, suppression requests, and compliance with applicable laws and provider policies.
Pilot and billing
Any pilot scope, fee, credit, refund condition, subscription, territory, or exclusivity commitment must be stated in an accepted order or written agreement. Dashboard projections are pipeline indicators and are not collected revenue.
Availability and changes
We may improve, limit, or suspend features to protect security, data quality, deliverability, or legal compliance. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by an updated effective date.
