Who is SpendWindow for?
The founding pilot focuses on Chicago commercial security, access control, CCTV, and low-voltage contractors. Your service territory and project criteria are agreed before paid delivery.
Is a signal a guaranteed job?
No. A public record indicates commercial activity. It does not prove that work is unawarded, that a buyer is ready to purchase, or that you will win a contract. Review the original evidence before outreach.
What does the pilot cost?
The founding pilot costs $99, credited toward your first $299 month. It runs for 14 days or 10 verified opportunities. The pilot is refunded if fewer than five opportunities meet the criteria agreed up front.
Does creating an account start a paid subscription?
No. Account creation is free. Paid delivery starts only after your fit, scope, and payment are confirmed.
Are contact details always available?
No. Business contact routes are included where available. Review the source and verification context; contactability and buyer identity can change.
How fresh is the opportunity feed?
The default live feed uses signals 14 days old or newer. Signals 15–30 days old are held outside the live feed for re-verification. Older or invalid-dated records are excluded.
Can I try the weekly report first?
Yes. Create a free account, verify your email, and explicitly request the report. Weekly delivery is not activated yet; signing up alone does not subscribe you.
Is SpendWindow affiliated with the City of Chicago?
No. SpendWindow is an independent service that interprets public evidence. The original record remains the source of truth.
